To facilitate the submission process and the subsequent follow up process, please consider the following guidelines, information, tips, terms and deadlines mentioned.
Abstract Submission Instruction

Please download the abstract template 'DOCX' above and follow the format carefully.

Write summary of your talk in 2500-3500 letters.

We encourage you to send informative abstract (complete abstract) which is a compendious summary of a paper’s substance including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.

Your abstract should be submitted in English.

Please send in a brief biography together with the Abstract.

Deadline

There are two deadlines for abstract submission.

First Deadline: November 30, 2019.

Second Deadline: January 31, 2020.

Only first deadline abstract submitters will have chance to speak at Main Conference Hall. This is not necessary guarantee you to speak at there. Others will speak at Conference Rooms.

We strongly encourage you to submit your abstracts EARLY enough to avoid them not being accepted with no chance for changes to be made.
Acceptable Abstract

Stand solely on BIBLICAL CREATION position, that coincide with STATEMENT OF FAITH under About AACC.

Topic of your abstract should relates to BIBLICAL CREATION.
Travel Awards
-
For speakers whose abstracts are accepted, we can grant 1/2 of airfare, but not to exceed $500 US.

The $500 does not include accommodations which a speaker may also receive help with.

We ask CMI, KACR, AiG, and Genesis Japan speakers and those who willing to support AACC to pay for their own airfare since travel award budget is limited.
